Tax Forms
The Tax Forms library gives you direct, one-click access to the IRS's most frequently requested federal forms — each link downloads the current PDF straight from the IRS website. You'll find the core individual returns (Form 1040 and the 1040-SR for filers 65 and older), the 1040-ES for estimated payments, and the 1040-X for amended returns, along with the common Schedules: A for itemized deductions, B for interest and dividends, C for business income, D for capital gains, and SE for self-employment tax. Employment and information forms are here too — W-2, W-4, W-9, 1099 and 1099-NEC, and Form 941 — plus the 4868 extension request and the 8863 education-credit form. Whether you're preparing your own return, gathering documents for your accountant, or double-checking which form fits a situation, this page saves you the hunt. The forms are provided for convenience and general information, not as tax advice. If you have questions about which forms apply to you, reach out to the Summit Wealth team or your tax professional. These links will let you download the Internal Revenue Service's most frequently requested tax forms.
